Booking terms and conditions

These terms apply to every Little Hunnies booking. They're written to be clear and fair, and if anything isn't clear, please just ask us at [email protected].

1. About Little Hunnies

Little Hunnies provides mobile children's pamper party experiences and related party services.

2. Booking and confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we've accepted it and received your deposit. We'll confirm your booking details, package, date, location and any agreed extras.

3. Prices and party size

Package prices are as shown on our website at the time of booking. Every package covers up to 8 children. Additional children can be added up to a maximum of 15, at an additional cost which will be confirmed with you at the time of booking. Above 8 children a second host attends.

4. Payment

A 25% deposit secures your date and comes off your final bill. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance is due 7 days before the party, by bank transfer or cash. Cash payments need to reach us before the day of the party rather than on it. We ask for at least 4 days' notice for any booking.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate booking, access, child and medical information; to make sure the venue is reasonably suitable and accessible; and to make sure there is appropriate adult supervision throughout the party.

6. Supervision

We run the party and deliver the activities with reasonable care and skill. A parent or responsible adult must be present throughout, and parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising the children during the party.

7. Child safety and medical information

Parents and guardians must tell us about any relevant allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medication, behavioural or additional needs. The hosting parent completes a Host Parent Booking and Consent Form, and each guest's parent or guardian completes a Guest Parent/Guardian Consent Form, before the party. We may adapt, leave out or decline an activity where reasonably necessary for safety.

8. Cosmetic, skincare and craft activities

Our activities are age appropriate and may involve cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, craft ingredients or other products. Please raise any concerns or restrictions with us before the party.

9. Photography

Photography is optional. We will only use a child's image for marketing purposes, including our website and social media, where that child's parent or guardian has given consent.

10. Party duration

Classic and Premium parties last up to 2 hours, and Luxury parties up to 2.5 hours. Delays caused by late access or changes you request on the day may reduce the time available for activities.

11. Set up and pack down

We carry out the agreed set up and pack down. You agree to give us reasonable access and a suitable working area. We may occasionally ask for a piece of furniture, such as a sofa or table, to be moved back to make space.

12. Behaviour and safety

We may pause or stop an activity where behaviour creates a safety risk. Parents and guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision.

13. Damage

You may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from deliberate or negligent damage to Little Hunnies equipment or property, subject to applicable law.

14. Your property

You remain responsible for your own property and valuables, subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Illness

If a child is unwell or has a potentially contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to offer a new date where practical.

16. Changes to a booking

You can ask to change your party date, package, guest numbers or other details. Changes depend on availability and any price difference. We'll always accommodate a date change where reasonably possible, and payments already made can normally be moved to the new date without a cancellation charge.

17. Cancelling your booking

Please send any cancellation in writing to [email protected]. We use the date and time we receive it when applying this policy.

The deposit. Your deposit secures your date and is non-refundable.

More than 7 days before the party. We will normally refund any payments you've made beyond the deposit, less any reasonable, non-recoverable costs specific to your booking that we've already incurred.

7 days or less before the party, but more than 48 hours before it starts. We will normally refund 50% of what you've paid. If we're able to rebook your date, we may refund more.

Within 48 hours of the party start time. No refund is normally due, as the date can no longer be filled. We may still be able to offer a new date where practical.

Guests who don't attend. If you or any guests don't attend, the booking price isn't normally reduced.

Any amount we keep is intended to reflect our reasonable losses and costs. Where a refund is due, we'll normally process it within 14 days of confirming the cancellation.

18. If we have to cancel

If we have to cancel and can't provide your party on another agreed date, we'll refund everything you've paid for the service not provided, subject to applicable law.

19. Circumstances outside our control

If something outside either of our reasonable control affects your booking, we'll work with you to find a fair solution, including a new date where practical.

20. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as required by consumer law.

21. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy notice.

22. Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can, so we can look into it and put it right.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking will normally be the ones you accepted when you booked, unless a change is required by law.

24. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
