Supply hire terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Supply Hire bookings made with Little Hunnies. By confirming a booking and paying the hire fee, you agree to the following terms. If anything isn't clear, please just ask us at [email protected].
1. Supply hire package and inclusions
The Little Hunnies Supply Hire package is based on the items and activities included in our Little Hunnies Classic pamper party package only.
The Supply Hire package does not include the additional or alternative items offered as part of our Tween Hunnies packages.
A full list of the equipment, accessories and items included in your hire will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional items requested will be subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
2. Booking and payment
The Supply Hire fee is £125, payable in full upfront to secure your booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
A separate £50 refundable security deposit is also required before collection of the equipment. This deposit will be returned once all hired items have been received back and checked.
3. Hire period
The hire period will be agreed individually with each customer at the time of booking.
Our usual arrangement is for customers to collect the equipment the day before their party and return it the day after. However, we understand that every event is different, so alternative collection and return arrangements can be agreed in advance.
Weekend and alternative hire arrangements are available by agreement, subject to availability. The agreed collection and return dates and times will be confirmed before the hire takes place.
4. Collection and delivery
Customers are generally responsible for collecting and returning the hired equipment at the agreed times and location.
Delivery and collection can be arranged by Little Hunnies for an additional fee. Any delivery or collection charge will be agreed with the customer at the time of booking.
All collection, delivery and return arrangements must be agreed in advance.
5. Security deposit
A £50 refundable security deposit must be paid before the equipment is collected. The deposit will be returned once all items have been returned and checked by Little Hunnies.
If any items are missing, damaged or broken beyond reasonable wear and tear, Little Hunnies reserves the right to deduct the reasonable cost of repair or replacement from the security deposit.
If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the deposit, the customer may be invoiced for the remaining reasonable amount. Any charges will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement, rather than an automatic or fixed penalty. The customer will be informed of any proposed deductions and the reason for them.
6. Customer responsibility and care of equipment
The customer is responsible for the hired equipment throughout the agreed hire period. Customers must:
- Take reasonable care of all hired items.
- Ensure equipment is used safely and appropriately.
- Keep all items secure and stored safely when not in use.
- Ensure children are appropriately supervised when using the equipment.
- Follow any instructions or guidance provided by Little Hunnies.
- Return all items in the condition in which they were supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
- Ensure items are cleaned, packed and ready for return as agreed.
Customers must not make alterations to, repair or attempt to replace any hired equipment without first contacting Little Hunnies.
7. Damage, loss and breakages
Customers are responsible for any loss of or damage to hired items during the hire period, except where caused by reasonable wear and tear or circumstances for which Little Hunnies is legally responsible.
Any damage, breakages or missing items should be reported to Little Hunnies as soon as possible.
Where items are damaged or lost, Little Hunnies may charge the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. These costs may be deducted from the refundable security deposit, with any remaining balance invoiced to the customer where applicable.
8. Late returns
All equipment must be returned on the agreed date and at the agreed time. If you need to keep the equipment for longer, you must contact Little Hunnies and obtain agreement in advance.
Late returns without prior agreement may affect other bookings and could result in an additional hire charge where reasonably applicable.
9. Cancellation and changes
Our standard Little Hunnies cancellation and date change policy also applies to Supply Hire bookings, and you can read it in our booking terms and conditions.
Customers should contact Little Hunnies as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change their booking. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and your statutory consumer rights.
The £50 security deposit will be refunded where the equipment has not been collected, or following its return and satisfactory inspection, as applicable.
10. Safety and supervision
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all hired equipment is used safely and appropriately throughout the hire period. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using the equipment.
Any specific safety instructions supplied with the equipment must be followed, and equipment must only be used for its intended purpose. Little Hunnies will provide relevant instructions or guidance where necessary.
11. Liability
Little Hunnies takes reasonable care to ensure that all hired equipment is supplied in a suitable condition.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer rights.
Customers remain responsible for the safe storage, handling and appropriate use of the equipment during the agreed hire period.
