Who we are

Little Hunnies Pamper Parties, a sole trader business based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you make an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your postcode, the date you are interested in, the age of the birthday child and how many children are coming. Before a party we also collect completed consent forms from the hosting parent and from each guest's parent or guardian, which include any allergies, sensitivities, medical information, additional needs, emergency contact details and photography consent.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to run your party safely, and to keep a record of what was agreed. The information on the consent forms is used only to make the party safe and suitable for your child.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records and consent forms are kept for six years, which is the period during which a claim could be brought.

Photographs of children

Photography is optional. We only use a photograph or video of a child for marketing, including our website and social media, if their parent or guardian has given consent on the Guest Parent/Guardian Consent Form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the image.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass your information to third parties. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare and enquiry forms are delivered by a form service; both process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will deal with it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
